Got the chance to be a part of Cricket’s eminent rise in USA. The Major League Cricket has been doing the rounds with great cricket and an awesome atmosphere to boot. Loved covering Cricket in the land of Baseball!
Doing smaller leagues has its own unique challenges as your skills are tested to the limit. While live producing the matches I was also performing DA duties as well that of a Statistician. It was a very good fortnight of solid Cricket work. Being in the Commentary Box alongside Cricketing giants and sharing the stage with them was a very enriching experience.
A first of its kind bike racing league in India featuring 6 teams and 48 bikers in all. A thrilling Qualifying race was followed by a heart pounding Race-Day featuring racers across 250cc & 450cc categories speeding for the ultimate glory. Being a DA allowed me to be on the ringside of this riveting event. Vroom Vroom at its best!

Being the Lone Central Edit Producer amongst the 4 World Feed producers across Crews means that I solely deliver Match Openers, Teasers, Special packages, Catch packages every single match of the IPL. It has been the most daunting yet rewarding experience of my entire freelance career.
Producing one of the most prestigious Football Tournament that has the best of ISL & I League teams battle it out for supreme glory was truly a feather in my cap. A rigorous event with intense football battles one after another. Felt good to have this project under my belt.
In an exciting 2nd Season of Ultimate Kho Kho, a Sport played ibn the absolute hinterland of the country I enjoyed my DA duties to the fullest. Being one of the fastest moving Sports, it kept me on my toes throughout the entire On Air time. A good, solid Project!
This year’s Asian Games were memorable for many reasons… Of course, the greatest joy was to see India return with their best ever medal haul.
On a personal level it was a very satisfying experience as multiple sport events such as this throw a different set of challenges to a broadcast professional and I am happy that we stood up to them and punched above our weight to deliver a world class sporting experience to the viewers.
Donning a new Role, I headed the entire Multiple Language Feed from Mumbai Hub for India’s white ball tour of New Zealand. My responsibilities on the project were to ensure a smooth overall production from Mumbai that beamed out 3 languages – Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. From overall PCR lookout to managing commentators across the board, from having a bird’s eye view on the whole project to liaison with the Venue (New Zealand) while being live… This Project was most fruitful and enriching in every manner.

As the Head of the NON LIVE Team I was in charge of many deliverables during the entire event. With an extremely short turn round time and the sheer bulk of work (Over 150 Episodes and 250 Fillers), I had to ensure that my team works like clock-work and delivers all in good time and having high quality content to engage viewers.
This assignment has by far been my most challenging yet.
2015 & 2016 saw me in the Floor Manager avatar covering the most prestigious sporting event of the nation – IPL.
These 2 years I moved across a couple of crews, pushed myself through the heat & blaze to thoroughly enjoy being where the action happens – The Stadiums. It was a wholesome, unforgettable 2 years of being as close to the cricketing action as possible.
